Making Peanut Butter Cheesecake

1. Crush Graham Crackers

We use a pint jar of jam to crush the graham crackers. Using a full jar with more weight makes the job of crushing easier. We need 1 1/4 cups of crumbs. It will take about 11 crackers to make a 1 1/4 cups.
