Making Pecan Marshmallows 8. Work Setup This shows our work setup. The syrup will be in the pan to the right. When ready you will use an ice pick to spear a marshmallow. Then dip it in the simmering syrup. Next you will roll each marshmallow in the chopped pecans. Finally you will place it on some wax paper that sits on a cookie sheet.
