Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Sift in the Flour Next we measure the 2 cups of flour in our sifter, add the 2/3 teaspoon of baking powder, and the 1/2 teaspoon salt to the sifter. We then sift the flour mixture into the wet mix. This old sifter is also a refugee from Goodwill industries. As best as my memory tells me it cost 15 cents.
