Making Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars 24. Cut into Squares On the next day we took the pumpkin cheesecake pan from the refrigerator. We used a kitchen table knife to run down each side of the pan. We then ran the knife down the middle of the pan. Next we ran the knife down the middle of each half. We turned the pan 90 degrees and repeated the cuts.
