Making Pumpkin Custard

Step 1 - Assemble the ingredients

First we make sure we have all that we need for the custard. We listed the ingredients on the opening page. We, however, always double the recipe. It is as easy to make twice as much and it goes fast. Bernice can make short work of the custard. We both work at the job but Bernice gets in all the pictures because Paul is our photographer. In our series on cooking we are trying to help the new cooks and kids trying to learn. If you experts know a better way be sure to use your way. Ours does work.
