Making Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake

1. Mash Vanilla Wafers

We put 56 vanilla wafers in our large bowl. We used a pint jar of honey to mash the wafers. The honey part is not vital, but the weight of the jar did a good job of crushing the wafers. Now any method of getting this job done is fine to use. This worked for us. It took 56 wafers to make 2 cups of crushed wafers.
