13. Soften Cream Cheese

We now will work on the cream cheese filling. First we soften the cream cheese packages. Remove the wrapper and put the packages one at a time on a plate. Using a plate will ease the removal after softening. We set each package in the microwave for 50 seconds. We then put each package into our mixer bowl.
