11. Roll out Dough

After lightly dusting the top of the dough ball, roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Rolling in different directions will form the dough into the proper shape. We want the dough to eventually be a rectangle approximatively about 14 by 9 inches. Always roll from the center outwards.
