24. Butterscotch Swirl Biscuits

We took out the butterscotch swirls when the tops showed light brown. We put the cookie sheet on a wire rack to cool a bit. After cooling some we lifted them with a spatula and placed them on this pizza pan to cool some more. Any butter and sugar that leaked out we placed on top of some of the swirls.

We shared some with the lovely ladies at River Roofing in nearby Springfiled, Oregon. They declared, "They were absolutely scrumptious!"
