Making Cheese Biscuits 21. Use Biscuit Cutter We use our biscuit cutter to cut the dough into the 2 1/2 inch round biscuits. Pushing down and lightly but firmly twisting will free the biscuit. Shaking it over the ungreased cookie sheet frees it onto the cookie sheet. The pieces left over after cutting the biscuits will be reformed into a ball and rolled again.
