Making Supreme Biscuits 20. Cut Biscuits We use our biscuit cutter to cut the dough into the 2 1/2 inch round biscuits. Pushing down and lightly but firmly twisting, will free the biscuit. Shaking it over the ungreased cookie sheet frees it onto the cookie sheet. The pieces left over after cutting the biscuits can be reformed into a ball and rolled again. The cookie sheet should be shiny so they won't burn on the bottom before the rest bakes. When our boys were little we would form special shapes with the left over pieces.
