7. Beat Egg and Oil

We now use our "Green Energy" hand mixer to beat the oil-egg mixture. Set it aside for now. That hand mixer has been with us for some 50 years now. It has given faithful service all those years. Seems like an old friend to us. It also has an extremely low carbon footprint.
