Making Surprise Muffins

18. Jam Complete

Here we have completed putting jam on each muffin. We used some peach jam on half of the muffins and raspberry jam on the other half. Part of the surprise is the jam inside and the other part is what jam you get. You could use 3 or 4 different kinds of jam or jelly if you wish.
