2 Cups Flour
1/4 Cup sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Soft Shortening
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk

Recipe makes 12 Muffins. We forgot to put the baking powder there before taking the picture.

Before we start a project we assemble the ingredients. We also check to see we have enough of each item for the project.
