Making Popovers - Step 11

Fill the Cups

Using a one cup measuring cup we filled the muffin tin. We first had oiled the tin using canola oil and wiping the sides with a paper towel. We filled each cup a little over half way. By putting the bottom of the cup over an adjacent hole we helped to not spill on the top of the muffin pan. The batter is somewhat liquid.
