13. Into the Oven

We put our muffin tins into the preheated oven. We had set the oven to 450 degrees (F). We put a shiny cookie sheet under the tins. This helps to prevent the bottoms from over cooking before the tops are done. Let them bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes reduce the heat to 350 degrees (F). DO NOT peek or they may collapse.
