13. Mix Egg Yeast Bowl

After adding the first 1 cup of flour we use our hand mixer to mix well all the ingredients. Soon after the next cup of flour gets added you will have to use a wooden or plastic spoon to mix everything. Keep adding one cup of flour at a time and mixing it. We had no trouble getting the last 1/4 cup of flour mixed in. It does take a little effort to mix all as it gets thicker and thicker.
