23. Into the Oven

After about 50 minutes of waiting for your covered pan, set your oven to 375 degrees (F) to preheat the oven. When your hour is up remove the cover. Put the pan into the oven. It will need to bake about 17 minutes. We suggest you rotate the pan at about 10 minutes to brown more evenly. Bake until the tops are golden brown.
