Ingredients Needed

2 Cups Flour (Do not use self rising flour)
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cube of Unsalted Butter (Half Cup)
1 Large Egg
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Fresh Blueberries (Frozen Berries when thawed)
Extra Cream to Brush the Tops

This made 16 Scones.
