9. Slice Butter

We need 1/2 cup of butter (1 Cube). Mixing the butter into the dry ingredients will be much easier if the butter gets cut into pieces. So we use a small sharp knife to cut the cube of butter into slices. As we sliced the butter we put the pieces into the flour bowl.
