11. Use Pastry Cutter

Using the pastry cutter will break up the clumps of butter and also help mix the mixture. Be sure to do the sides and scrape the bottom as well. From time to time use a kitchen knife to clear any butter that clung to the cutter. In a short time it will all be mixed well. Take time to enjoy the moment. You will know you are done when no butter clumps stick to the cutter.
