20. Apply Edge Cover

After 15 minutes at 425 degrees (F), open the oven and apply a edge cover. You can also use a 2 inch cut strip of foil on the edges. Reduce the temperature to 350 degrees (F). It will need to bake for 40-45 minutes more or until crust is golden and the filling is bubbly.
