Step Fourteen, Fold Top Crust

Before placing the top crust Bernice will wet the edge of the bottom crust on the outside edge to help seal the two crusts. After Bernice fills the pies we fold the top crust and place it into position on the filled pie. Note that the top crust has a cut in it to allow the steam to escape when baking. Be sure to fold the top crust so the cut is vertical so it won't tear.
