Making a Fresh Peach Pie

1. Peel Peaches

Because we will use just a few peaches we elect to peel the peaches by hand using a sharp knife. We also picked out peaches from the box we had bought that showed good ripeness. We set our oven to 425 degrees (F) to preheat it.
