10. Roll Out Crust

Use your rolling pin and roll out the dough. Roll from the center outward constantly changing the angle. Try as best you can to roll the crust is a circle. Use the pie pan as a guide to determine the size needed. Our marble board and rolling pin was a gift from our son Chet to Paul on his birthday.
