19. Into the Oven

We place the Pyrex pie dish onto a shiny cookie sheet. We put our pecan pie in the preheated (350 degrees F) oven. We wil bake it for 15-20 minutes or until the crust edge is slightly brown. The cookie sheet will help keep the crust bottom from browning too much.
