Pie Crust from a Mix

When we make pies sometimes we make the crusts from a mix and other times we do it from scratch. This last time when we make blackberry pies we used the Betty Crocker piecrust mix. It makes two 9-inch crusts in a very short time and effort. Put the mix in a bowl and add 1/3-cup cold water. We mix it with a big spoon until all is mixed evenly. That's all there is to it.
