Making Caramel Popcorn
Stir the Popcorn and Syrup We now stir the caramel-popcorn/peanuts and the added syrup to coat the caramel-popcorn as best as we can. Get the white corn coated by mixing the corners and scraping the bottom where some of the syrup has settles. A big table spoon seems to do the job well. Both of us will stir. Paul will join in the stirring as soon as he has taken the photograph.
