After 45 Minutes Remove from Oven

After the 45 minutes are up stir up the mixture again and move it to some clean pans who have had their bottoms buttered. This is important to keep the caramel-popcorn from sticking to the original pan that is hot. Failure to do this will cause the caramel-popcorn to stick to the bottom of the cooking pan.
