Making Candied Walnuts - 18 Steps
Drying out the Walnuts We have selected the large pieces. Because the family raises walnuts w and we crack them on a mechanical cracker we have pieces of all sizes. The big ones will go here. The smaller pieces might go into a nut salad or fruit breads. Here Bernice puts the nuts into the oven for about 20 minutes. Make sure the oven is not too hot.
