Step 10, Peeling the Carrots

After washing the carrots and trimming the ends Bernice scrapes the carrots. Normally we peel them with a potato peeler. But Bernice remembered her Mom scraping the carrots so she tried it for a few and then went back to a peeler. Either way gets the job done. You can also use them without peeling, your choice.
