115. We Move Up to the Hills

We have rented out our home on Broadmore in Hayward and bought this home up in the hills above Hayward. Again we get a home with no improvements, bare land and no flowers with almost no landscaping. Here 3-year old Chet poses in the front yard. He was a big help to his parents in the years of work to fix up this house.
