Cooks Making Dumplings

As we entered the restaurant we noticed two cooks preparing dumplings. First the skins are portioned out in a ball then rolled out to size. Then they will be filled with various fillings, various meats, fish, seafood, or vegetables. The restaurant will go through thousands of dumplings a night.
