This dish Ron picked out proved to be a delight. Not one we would have chosen, primarily because we generally would not have been aware of it. We enjoyed it. We make a point of trying every dish if possible. In China we had two rules. One, if we shouldn't know what it is that we eat, don't tell us. Two, we never eat anything that moves.
