This is my older brother JC Noll. He lives in New Haven, New Jersey. This photo was sent by E-mail recently. I am not sure exactly when it was taken. It looks like his usual mischievous self. He loved to make explosives as a young lad. I claim I acted as his helper and was misled by my older wiser brother. He claims I was the trouble maker and he was just the technical advisor.
