This young man had a smile on his face most of the time. About this time I bought a car. It was a 1936 Chevy coupe. We went to Mark Keppel High School in Monterey Park. The school was only a block away. The house we lived in was on the corner of East Emerson and Orange. It is gone and a large apartment complex in now there.
