22. Fixing Our First New Home in Hayward

This is our new home on Broadmore Avenue in Hayward, California. We have to fix up the house, as it has no yard yet. We have fixed a raised flower bed in back and are working on some raised flower beds along side of the house. A good friend has designed a plan for the back yard and we are working on that plan. Here Bernice is manning the post hole digger to fix the new flower bed.
