Our house on Clear Lake, Washington also had a raft. We would pole it here and there. It was a lot of fun but also a lot of work. Donald is on the left, Paul in the middle and Crawford on the right. I got a job working for the local Phone company. My job was to keep firewood in the office. When the wood was delivered I had to stack in the wood shed. Daily I would bring some wood into the office. The boss told me not to bring the green wood into the office. I had no idea what he really meant. So I set aside any wood with green moss on it. After a week they fired me. I was the first and last time I ever got fired. Much later in life I discovered what green wood meant. Don has a BB gun.
