A few day later we had an occasion to visit a local Home Depot store looking for some tools. While traveling through the store for what we needed I spied a small sign in the carpet department saying "Remnants." Seeing none nearby, we asked about this. A young store employee showed us to a bin a short distance away with some remnants.
