Drive-in

Sonic is the best known drive-in, as it is a franchised restaurant with more than 3,500 locations across the country and the commercials are all over television. Sonic offers a number of different items, from burgers and fries to hot dogs and breakfast items.

At Sonic, you drive your car up to individual parking spots that have an attached menu. You can take your time browsing the items and then press the red button when you are ready to order. Once you have ordered you can sit back and relax. When your food is ready a carhop will deliver everything right to your window.
