Flowers Growing at our Home Daffodils or Jonquilla Narcissus Amaryllidaceae Most valuable spring flowering bulbous plants for most regions of the West. They are permanent, increasing from year to year; they are hardy in cold and heat; best of all the gophers won't eat them. Flowers may be single or clustered. Colors are basically yellow and white, but there are many variations -- orange, red, apricot, pink and cream. We have many of these in the front yard and alongside our garage. ⇦ Back to Previous Flower On to Next Flower ⇨Hi-Res Pic (135K) Hi-Res Pic Flower (114K) |
