Automatic Gate Repair - 19

At the end of our driveway there is an automatic gate. We can open it automatically from our car or from the house. After a year the gate began to not open completely. We determined that the power of the opening bar had dug into the post it was bolted to. We repaired it by fastening a metal piece to the post under the bolts holding the power cylinder. This solved the problem. Bernice and I did the repair one afternoon in 2006.
