New Roof - 95

Shortly after we replaced the garage door we replaced the roof. The old roof was cedar shakes. It was 32 years old a beginning to show its age. We had taken good care of it cleaning and treating it but the 32 years had taken its toll. It was not leaking but needed replacement before it did leak. We had installed by a local firm "River Roofing" Owens Corning Duration Premium Laminated shingles over 15# ASTM felt and 1/2 inch plywood. The roof comes with a 50 year non-prorated transferable warranty on material and labor.
