We Bolt 12 foot 2X12s on East Side

Here we have bolted 12 foot pressurized 2X12s to the wall to protect the rusted bottom of the metal wall. We had to bolt these boards to the 8X8 posts of the supporting timbers of the pole building. Looking closely you can also see the 4 inch molly bolts used to clamp the metal wall to the 2X12s. Various heavy metal plates tie the 2X12 to each other where needed. The dirt marks on the wall show you how high the dirt had been piled against the metal wall.
