Chet developed celiac disease at three months. He could eat only four things. He could eat rice cereal, Gerber's baby lamb, predigested milk, and applesauce. What he didn't know and really didn't care was that the cake was just icing on a cake pan. We had to make sure he didn't eat any of the icing. He seemed fascinated with the flame. Fortunately he did not get burnt that day.
