The candles are lit once more for Chet to enjoy the flames and it is time to open the presents. Birthdays were always a big thing to the boys and it should be. It is their time in the attention arena. Chet was a delightful lad to be around. He was always a cheerful and a happy lad. He politely asks Mom, "Can I open them now?"
