We use this program to remove some Ad Cookies. You click on the "Scan Computer" and it does a Quick scan. That took about 12 minutes and picked up 3 Infections.

If you click on the small orange bar to the left of the "Scan Computer" you can choose to do an complete scan. That can take hours depending on how many items on you computer. We have in excess of 100,000 files so it will take much longer, about 4 hours. We do the quick scan often and the full scan much less often.
