Fort Clatsop Visitor's Center Exhibit 16. Fort Clatsop Dugout Exhibit The visitor center includes exhibits and audiovisual programs and the Fort Clatsop historical Association sells books, maps and postcards. A picnic area and hiking trails are also located nearby. The Salt Works site in Seaside, Oregon, a part of the park, commemorates the site where the Expedition boiled seawater to make salt.
