21. We arrive at the Top on Mount Lassen

After a few hours of searching for the trail we make it to the top. Chet helped a great deal by finding a good path to travel when we could not find the trail in the snow. Landon struggled but made it without too much difficulty. Both boys always maintain good spirits on our hikes. We would go slow enough to enjoy while still getting there and back before dark. After dark you can be in deep trouble.
