Ragbag Lichen

Platismatia glauca - A large, loosely attached leaf lichen; lobes broad, 10-20 mm wide, pale bluish-green to whitish-grey above, the margins often frilly and bearing tiny, powdery balls or tiny. wart-like outgrowths; lower surface white to black, shiny, typically lacking holdfasts. Found on trees in open and shady forests alike, occurring at all elevations; common.
